Excellent service from Graham, the job turned out to be much more complicated than we'd expected as the space above the kitchen cupboards was too tight to fit a new, modern consumer unit. So Graham looked at various options for us, returning several times to measure up and discuss practicalities with us, before settling on the agreed option. New unit meets all our requirements, full marks to Graham for perseverance, and all done with immense professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and good humour. Would not hesitate to recommend IGM to others
